Hearing Tests
Hearing Testing and Evaluations
Hearing tests give us the information we need to make personalized care recommendations. They’re generally non-invasive and take no more than an hour to complete.
Your diagnostic audiologic evaluation tells us what’s going on with your hearing system. It lets us know if you have hearing loss, what type it is and how it’s impacting you. That way, we can make a personalized care recommendation that gives you the best chance of moving forward. The results of your evaluation will inform what comes next in your care plan. We may recommend hearing aids or protection devices. It’ll depend on what we find during the few easy tests that encompass a diagnostic audiologic evaluation.
More on Hearing TestingIf you work in a loud setting, you may be legally required to complete periodic industrial hearing screenings. These are easy appointments that should take no longer than an hour to complete. If your test results reveal anything, we’ll let you know so you can address it or keep an eye on the situation moving forward.
